If booking an extended stay, a discounted rate may be available. Please inquire at time of reservation.

Tipi accommodates up to 5 adults comfortably. If you are bringing your own sleeping bags or blow up mattress, please let us know as more may be able to fit inside the Tipi.

Our rental season runs April 15 through October 31. Booking for 2025 dates begins in April.

We accept PayPal if using our online reservation system. Payment is due in full at the time of reservation.

A refund is possible with at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. To cancel, please call Ron Crannell at (518) 332-6001 only. Do not email cancellation requests.

You may also call to make a reservation to pay by cash or check. Please call Ron Crannell at (518) 332-6001 to make a phone reservation.

Check-in: after 1PM

Check-out: 11AM

(We may be able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out depending on our booking schedule. Please inquire if you are in need of such accommodation.)

Guests are responsible for damage to the tipi and property.

We ask that you leave our site as you have found it so that everyone can continue to enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience that we have worked so hard to bring to life!

Please be respectful of the community, no loud parties, violence or destruction of any kind.

If you are planning to bring your well-behaved pet, please let us know at the time of your reservation for approval. We reserve the right to deny animals if deemed necessary for the protection of our property and community.

Please dispose of your trash in the provided receptacle.
